1. Shipping Areas
We currently deliver furniture across India. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.
- Major Cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, and more
- Tier 2/3 Cities: Available for most locations
- Remote Areas: Delivery subject to courier serviceability
2. Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery Times:
- Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Other Cities: 7-10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10-15 business days
- Customized Products: 15-21 business days

3. Shipping Charges

4. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order
- Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Dispatch Notification: You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details
- Shipping Updates: Track your order using the provided tracking number
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking number via email and SMS
- Link to track your shipment in real-time
- Estimated delivery date
- Delivery partner contact information
6. Delivery Process
What to Expect
- Our delivery partner will contact you 24 hours before delivery
- Delivery requires someone to be present at the address
- Please inspect the package before accepting delivery
- Report any visible damage immediately to the delivery agent
Installation Services
- Basic assembly assistance is provided for applicable products
- Professional installation available at additional cost
- Contact customer support for installation requests
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect Address: Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
- Recipient Unavailable: Two more delivery attempts will be made
- Refused Delivery: Order will be returned, and return charges may apply
After three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
8. Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items:
- Items may be shipped separately based on availability
- You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
- No additional shipping charges for split shipments
9. Damaged During Shipping
Important Steps:
- Do NOT accept damaged packages
- Take photos of the damaged package
- Inform the delivery agent and refuse delivery
- Contact us immediately at info@harshmart.com
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
10. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
11. Holidays and Delays
Delivery may be delayed during:
- Public holidays and festivals
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
- Political unrest or strikes
- Peak shopping seasons (Diwali, New Year, etc.)
We will notify you of any expected delays as soon as we're aware.
