Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge

- Cancellation requests must include your order number
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
After Shipment
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
- You may refuse delivery and a return will be initiated
- Return shipping charges may apply

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product does not match the description
- Product has manufacturing defects

- Products with signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Products without original packaging and tags
- Products on clearance or final sale
3. Return Process
Step-by-Step Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email info@harshmart.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
- Approval: Our team will review and approve your return request within 24-48 hours
- Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt
- Refund: Refund will be processed after successful inspection

5. Exchange / Replacement Policy
Exchange / replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Once approved, the exchanged / replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Delivery of the replacement will typically take 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, but replacements will generally reach you within 7–10 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Important: Inspect Upon Delivery!
- Inspect products immediately upon delivery
- Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery
- Take clear photos of damaged items and packaging
- Do not discard packaging until inspection is complete
7. Failed Transactions
- If payment is deducted but order fails, refund will be automatic
- Refunds for failed transactions are processed within 5-7 business days
- If you don't receive the refund, contact your bank or our support team
